Many years ago, I had a close friend, Joseph, with whom I shared a few of my thoughts and life’s perspectives. He just loved life, with such a positive energy that it was contagious. A beautiful soul to be around. In my most difficult moments he used to smile at me and say: ‘just sparkle!’. I never forgot those simple, yet powerful words.
Later life presented him with a great challenge, a severe health issue, and battle after battle he fought. Besides his painful process, he always smiled to us as if nothing in the world could take away his awesome light. His positivity was captivating, a great friend for sure. Such an inspirational attitude, a beautiful soul! I miss him!
